Nova Windows is a family-owned business specialising in the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, glazing, security doors, flyscreens, and related products throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless specified otherwise.
Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation.
Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Deposits

Orders may require a deposit before manufacturing or procurement begins.
Once custom-made products enter production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or manufacturing has commenced.

Custom-Made Products

All custom-made windows and doors are manufactured according to measurements and specifications approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before production.
Nova Windows is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Supply & Installation

Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, supplier delays, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
Additional charges may apply where unforeseen site conditions require extra labour or materials.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur administration fees or interest where permitted by law.

Warranties

Nova Windows provides workmanship warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products and materials.
Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate project information and measurements where required.
Ensure the work area is accessible and safe.
Obtain any necessary approvals or permits unless otherwise agreed.5
